Asked: World of Warcraft Zhu’s Watch XP Amounts?
I noticed that Valley of the Four Winds quests got their XP values bumped up to be higher than Jade Forest, so instead of 122k with Fast Track 2, you get 141k.
After doing the first hub in Valley, I went into Krasarang and was surprised to see that the first hub there, Zhu's Watch, is still giving only 122k for the quests there.
I assume you don't want people favoring Valley over Krasarang, so it seems like you need to double check all the quests in each zone and bump them up to match one another. People will end up favoring Valley if you leave the XP reward higher there.
My main made 90 before the 55% increase. I started struggling with my alt at 87. By the time I finished all but a couple of quests in Townlong, I was only 2 bubbles into 89. Knowing how tough the mobs are in Dread Wastes, I've decided not to go there without a flying mount. So that pretty much stopped my leveling efforts.
On my main, I got Loremaster of Pandaria because I enjoy doing all the quests. On my alt, I was FORCED to do all the quests in order to level to go onto the next zone. I completed every quest in every zone, except a couple in Townlong, and all of Dread Wastes. Just not torturing myself through level 89 in a zone that has multiple mobs with twice my HP and that hit like trucks.
Unless Blizzard nerfs this XP increase considerably, I suppose my testing is over.
I hope they change this before release.
